Erin’s passion for real estate and design began at the young age of 7 as she accompanied her mother (a residential designer) and her sister (an interior decorator) as they worked on beautiful homes in the Utah area. She learned to develop her eye for beauty and function by watching their careful craftsmanship and discerning taste in architecture and style. After years studying her mother’s remarkable home design, she decided to get auto-cad certified while in college to become a draftsman. But her curious nature and adventurous spirit soon took her across the globe to pursue her other passion, the fashion industry. She spent 15 years living and working in China, Italy, Germany, India, and New York City, as a model, fashion buyer, wardrobe stylist (including a cover for People magazine) and clothing manufacturer (with Luciano Barbetta who manufactures for Gucci, Prada, Ralph Lauren and other brands).

After returning back home to Utah, she met her husband while finishing her college degree at the University of Utah and settled in the Sugarhouse/ Foothill area of Salt Lake City. While raising her family of 4 children, she became known as one of the best model scouts in America as she launched her own boutique model management company called Echo Models. She helped place models  in many of the top agencies in the world in New York, London, Paris, and Milan. She was even featured on the docu-reality show “Scouted” that aired on the E! Channel in 2011, chronicling her discovery and management of successful models in the Utah area.

After so many years working in the fashion industry, her transition to real estate and design brought Erin’s passion for beauty, function, and style back to her first love. She is an expert at finding and selling exceptional homes. As a successful entrepreneur she knows what it takes to represent her clients well. Years of negotiation, management, and a fierce loyalty to those she represents has given her an impeccable professional track record. She is known for her honesty, transparency and integrity.

A former ski-instructor at Snowbird, she still loves to get up into the mountains in her free time to ski in the winter and rock climb in the spring and summer. She also loves to cook and entertain friends and neighbors.
